Bilkent University

Tuition
The annual tuition for the 2018-2019 per academic year is 14,500 USD for international students and 37,120 TL for Turkish students (including value-added tax).
Financial Assistance
Besides that, university offers scholarships. And about 90 percent of graduate students are receiving financial support. Financial assistance is provided in the form of a tuition waiver or a tuition waiver plus a monthly stipend. The amount of the stipend is adjusted annually to cover changes in the cost of living.
Both admission and financial assistance are based on academic accomplishment and scholarly promise, without regard to gender, race, ethnicity, religion, age, national origin, or physical disability.

Master in Maritime Law
The program established for the aim of training qualified persons work in the sea and maritime law, master program focuses to graduate with master degree without thesis, for the ones graduated from law faculty or other faculties. During the program, depending on their performance, an opportunity of ‘master degree with thesis’ (LL.M) will be provided to participants graduated from law schools and faculties in order to pursue them to continue PhD degree.
